↳ AHSAN MULCIBER | PUREBLOOD | SIXTH YEAR | SLYTHERIN | FC: ZAYN MALIK | OPEN
It was never a question that Ahsan would be a Death Eater just like his father. He was raised to despise the impure before he could even form words. Ahsan’s childhood wasn’t normal, even by his peer’s standards. His father was one of the Dark Lord’s greatest supporters and he trained his son to serve him. Whether it was teaching him not to buckle under pain or desensitizing him towards causing it, his father was prepared to teach him it. By the time he was old enough to attend Hogwarts, little of his conscience remained. Nothing existed aside from serving his future master.
Ahsan’s mother wasn’t much of a factor in his life. She was there physically, but she’d gone a bit mad after he was born. She became prone to rambling things and couldn’t be counted on to leave the house alone. She’d once been a Death Eater like his father, but an attack had left her without all her faculties in order. During her more lucid days, she appeared to care about him enough to give him tips for battle. Even she expected him to follow their footsteps.
Ahsan never had much affection for anyone. He thought his parents were decent, but he didn’t love them. They were too cold for that. He knew they’d hardly be upset if he died and neither would he if they did. The only person he ever truly cared about was his friend Xavier Gibbon. The two were spending time together since they were born. Even when in different years and different houses, the two remained close.
Hogwarts seemed like a waste of time to Ahsan. He was sorted into the noble House of Slytherin, but he still had to share classes with the impure. It made his skin crawl. Still, he played nice for the most part. He joined the Slug Club as his father’s legacy and achieved decent marks. It was all an act though. In secret, Ahsan practiced the Dark Arts and became an expert with the Imperius Curse. He tested out on anyone he could.
While Ahsan never dated, people threw themselves at Xavier. He was accustomed to girls asking him about his friend, before they ran away from his glare. It never occurred to him that any one of those girls would be better than the one Xavier eventually fell for. Despite his beliefs, Xavier asked out Mary MacDonald, a muggleborn. Ahsan tried to dissuade Xavier from the relationship, disgusted with the prospect of his friend being tainted. Xavier wouldn’t listen and Ahsan was left in a difficult position. So, he went against his own prejudices and supported his friend. He even stomached spending time with Mary and defended Xavier from the other pureblood supremacists.
When Mary broke his friend’s heart, Ahsan went into a rage. The mudblood had infiltrated a noble pureblood house, cost Xavier his reputation, then had the audacity to end things between them. Ahsan was not a forgiving boy and while Xavier wouldn’t hurt her, he certainly would. He lured Mary into the Forbidden Forest and used the Cruciatus Curse on her among other things. He tortured her to the brink of death. Ahsan’s only regret was that she didn’t die.
Ahsan claims innocence. He blames the incident on someone else, which is why he’s still allowed in the Slug Club. Most of the professors are unsure how he’d even be capable of such magic. As long as there’s no proof, he’s free from blame. The Slytherins all have a laugh about it and he enjoys the emotional torment he’s caused Mary.
Unlike other rich students, Ahsan doesn’t spend his allowances on lavish expenses. He’s more practical with his purchases. Most of what he buys is to further his education in the Dark Arts, since little else holds any importance to him. He has a dark sense of humor, enjoying cruel pranks. Ahsan is sadistic and causes pain without reason. Having him as an enemy is a terrifying endeavor. Ahsan is patient and manipulative. He knows how to keep from incriminating himself and to plan everything to the last detail. His attacks are never random. Ahsan is confident in his abilities. He appears a bit cold, but can show affection for those few he cares for.
LUDOVIC BAGMAN→ Though Ludo is a half-blood, Ahsan has learned to tolerate Ludo. Ahsan has been careful not to gamble with him and protects him when he can’t pay his debts to others. It’s all a massive power play, as he hopes to eventually call upon Ludo for a favor to support the cause. He hopes to entangle him with the Death Eaters.
XAVIER GIBBON→ Xavier was the closest thing Ahsan ever had to a brother. Even when he started dating Mary, a filthy mudblood, Ahsan didn’t abandon him. He even defended him to their housemates. Since then, he has helped Xavier get his reputation back.
MARY MACDONALD→ Ahsan despised the fact that his best friend was dating a muggleborn, but he tolerated her for his happiness. When she dared to end things, Ahsan made her pay. He attacked her and has been psychologically torturing her since then.
